Why Take This Course

We all know spring has sprung when the grass, birds, and Street Sweepers arrive on the scene.  It is obvious when one of these machines is nearby due to the clouds of dust and loud hum of the vacuum component.

As promising as this is for better weather, it is also a dangerous combination.  The operator is working from the right-hand seat and intently focused on the curb immediately below, while the noise and dust from normal operations cloud the senses – greatly increasing the opportunity for an accident to occur.

Good training has been shown to improve both operator performance and awareness by highlighting the dangers associated with the operation of this machine and teaching them to pay extra attention to their surroundings when stirring up dust and dirt.

Who Should Attend?

Any person responsible for operating a street sweeper.
