Bucket trucks are predominantly used in the Hydro, Parks/Recreation and Forestry industries. People who operate this equipment are often unaware of safety concerns such as the potential for tipping when operating on uneven ground, or encountering overhead obstacles such as hydro lines. Many also overlook fall arrest training, forgetting that it is mandatory for all operators. In order to overcome these common pitfalls, proper training is vital for all operators prior to climbing aboard.
Anyone who supervises or operates an Aerial Manlift, Scissor or Boom Elevated Work Platform in any setting.
**Note** Participants interested in attending this safety training program are required to show proof of valid Fall Protection Training to complete the practical component of this course.
